How much can I compress an image?
Photos often shrink by 50 to 90 percent. The result depends on the picture and the quality you choose.
Which format compresses best?
JPG and WebP are best for photos. PNG is lossless here, so it does not shrink much.
Is the image quality reduced?
A little, because compression removes small details. At quality 70 or higher the change is hard to see.
